These terms apply to everyone who signs up for notifications or participates in activities organized through United Hearts of Mangalore. By joining, you agree to these terms as a fellow human collaborating within our community.

Your participation

Participation in United Hearts is entirely voluntary and based on your own will. You are responsible for the information you provide regarding your interests and contact details. We ask that all participants act with kindness, mutual respect, and integrity during all interactions.

Using the platform

United Hearts is a space for positive, collaborative action. You agree not to use this platform to:

• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
• Use the network for unauthorized commercial solicitation or spam.
• Impersonate others or provide false information about your identity.
• Disrupt activities or create an environment that is not inclusive or safe for others.

Nature of the initiative

United Hearts of Mangalore is a coordinator of community activities. We are not a formal employer, a legal guardian, or a professional service provider. Each activity is hosted by its respective organizer; while we facilitate the connection, the specific rules and safety guidelines of a particular activity are set by its host.

Your data

You own your preferences and your personal information. We use it only to connect you with activities you have chosen to be interested in, as described in our privacy policy. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted or delete your profile at any time.

Voluntary Contribution

Contributions of time, skill, or resources are made on a voluntary basis. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific project’s terms, no financial compensation is provided for participation in United Hearts activities.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to connect people with safe and meaningful activities, United Hearts of Mangalore is not liable for individual disputes or incidents that occur during activities hosted by third parties. Participants are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and care when attending gatherings.
